[ Your Mission ]
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team. The Warehouse Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a high standard of quality control.
This role requires working 5 days a week from our Warehouse in Carlstadt, New Jersey.
[ Your Responsibilities ]
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of products and supplies.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities are included.
- Organize and maintain inventory, keeping accurate records of stock levels.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to uphold our standards of excellence.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.

- Attention to Detail: Precision in handling goods, ensuring correct quantities, and accurate labeling for shipments.
- Teamwork: Collaboration with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations and effective communication.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations for a safe working environment.
- Time Management: Efficiently managing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely order fulfillment.
[ Your Qualifications ]
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in grocery operations or food operations.
- Background in logistics and freight management.
- Based in New Jersey, available to work 5 days in the warehouse.

The hourly rate for this full-time position ranges from $18 to $20. Our salary ranges are determined by a range of factors including role, level, and location.
