[ Your Mission ]

Grow eComm Revenue Efficiently

Spearhead full-funnel marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention across online channels. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll orchestrate paid media campaigns spanning various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more. Harnessing data insights, you'll drive strategic decision-making to optimize performance and fuel future growth initiatives.

The Growth Marketing Manager role requires working at least 3 days a week from our Tokyo office in the Shinjuku neighborhood.

[ Your Responsibilities ]

  • Paid Social Star - Develop comprehensive creative, trafficking, and optimization strategies for Meta for Facebook and Instagram.
  • SEM Expert – Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Bing.
  • Marketing Mixer - Manage ad spend across additional channels including CTV, Audio, and direct mail.
  • Campaign Strategist – Develop performance campaign strategy; own end-to-end campaign performance including management of bidding strategy, budgets, audience targeting and creative optimization.
  • Trend Tracker – Stay abreast of industry trends to identify new acquisition and engagement opportunities.
  • Test, Test, Test – Conduct experiments on creative in a methodical and strategic approach, sharing insights with the creative team and running new batches of creative every 1-2 weeks based on learnings.
  • Creative Collaboration – Align with creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Resource Allocation Guru – Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics to optimize resource allocation.
  • Data-Driven Activist – Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights for future strategies and optimizations, as well as to keep senior leadership updated on performance.

[ Your Qualifications ]

  • 5+ years managing paid marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising technology ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for snacks and/or Japanese culture is a plus
