Coordinate Digital Marketing Execution and Strategy

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator at Bokksu, your mission extends beyond mere campaign execution; it's about amplifying the Bokksu brand and driving measurable growth through innovative digital strategies. In this role, you will actively contribute to refining and implementing our digital marketing efforts across various channels including performance marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and more. Your effectiveness in managing ad campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google will be pivotal in increasing our reach and engagement. Additionally, your creative input in utilizing tools like Canva—and potentially Adobe Photoshop—will enhance our campaign visuals and overall brand messaging. You will explore new opportunities in emerging platforms such as TikTok and Reddit, bringing freshness and dynamism to our digital presence. Through your work, you will not only attract new customers, but also cultivate lasting relationships with our existing community, driving both immediate results and long-term brand loyalty.

This role requires working at least 3 days a week from our Tokyo office in the Shinjuku neighborhood.

[ Your Responsibilities ]

  • Campaign Management: Execute and monitor advertising campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Google Ads, and potentially TikTok and Reddit.
  • Creative Design: Utilize Canva and potentially Adobe Photoshop to create compelling ad creatives and marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Strategy Execution: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across performance marketing, affiliate programs, and influencer collaborations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and increase the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Innovation and Learning: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, continuously seeking ways to improve our marketing practices and results.

[ Your Qualifications ]

  • Experience: Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly with Meta and Google Ads.
  • Platform Proficiency: Strong skills in using Canva for graphic design; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Emerging Platforms: Experience with TikTok and Reddit ads is beneficial but not required.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance data and adjust marketing strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across teams.
  • Adaptability: Agile and able to adapt to evolving digital landscapes and business needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to design and production.
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
